Does UKIP have a view on this development ? Very New World Order and very interesting ,I`d not heard of this. Had you ?
As reported in todayıs Globe and Mail, Quebec Premier Jean Charest ³described the proposed (Canada-European Union deep integration) pact as a groundbreaking initiative on a scale that has never been attempted. The accord would go well beyond the scope of the NAFTA agreement between Canada and the United States by encompassing not only trade in goods and services but also the free movement of skilled workers and an open market in government services and procurements. Mr. Charest has been involved in the initiative involving the EU countries for two years, including lobbying business leaders in its member countries. The pitch he is making to Europeans is to do a deal with Canada that can serve as a model for something far more ambitious with the United States.² The newspaper report adds, ³Canada's premiers will play a pivotal role in the country's efforts to integrate its economy with the 27 nations of the European Union, Quebec Premier Jean Charest says. Preliminary talks between Canadian and European officials will begin on Oct. 17 at a summit in Montreal. The provinces' role in the negotiations will be instrumental to the fate of the proposed massive agreement because it involves issues that primarily fall under their jurisdiction, Mr. Charest told The Globe and Mail yesterday. No deal could happen without the premiers at the table, he said.² The full article can be read at globeandmail.com: Provinces key to EU trade deal, Quebec Premier says . Certainly, with the final pieces of the EU master plan taking shape now - particularly with the LT all but agreed (democratic process will be ignored/ overturned), the EU are looking to the next stage - which will be linking together with "trading blocs" in other parts of the world. (Have you noticed how the "pace" of integration has accelerated in the past decade or two? The EU/NAFTA know if they delay, the whole thing could unravel - so they are pushing ahead with the "master plan" as quickly as they can - of course, this speed will be their downfall, as people will not be travelling in their direction at the same speed). Unfortunately for the people, their downfall will be marked by conflict and war. The end game is clear - one world government, but government where democracy is effectively dead, and big business is in control. I think UKIP's efforts must be for the UK, and not Canada, or anywhere else, although there could be opportunities to share ideas and tactics to frustrate the NWO elite, in a wider sense - across the planet. The EU is gaining (unjustly in my opinion) a reputation elsewhere, as a "standard bearer" for others to follow - this is why I fear for the NWO . |

What is so surprising ,to me at least , is the depth of the agreement here .Not just free trade but freedom of movement of workers and an open market on govt. services and procurements .Frankly they are to become assoc. members .

Is it not likely to be a bargaining tool to put pressure on the USA for something?
If it is real, it could be an interesting development. If Canada can form a trade and movement pact with the Eu without becoming a full member, it opens up a whole new possible UK-EU relationship too.

The Canadians cut a deal with the USA a few months ago .It was wide ranging allowing American troops on its soil ,agreeing in principal to a new currency for Canada and USA and Mexico if the $ falls! Mexico has already got a free trade agreement with the EU.
The Americans pushed us into the Common Market ,now it looks like Canada is leading the way to a very close link up between the Americas and Europe .No wonder Russia is worried . Could we perhaps find that by Christmas we will live in a world which has as the two main political -economic groups ;the Greater America/EU Group ( Soft Communism ) and the Sino /Russian Federation Group ( New Communism) .Israel will join up with the first group and the Arabs will be spread between the two depending on which of them benefits their particular viewpoint on Israel and their economy . Personally I think that things are now going to move fast with the banking chaos forming a useful smokescreen for the political manoevring . |
