Bob, if a letter has enetered the public domain, i.e. been published elsewhere, then I see no reason why people on this forum should be denied the democratic right to discuss it too.

How's your conference motion to have all NEC addressed correspondence vetted by the party's "Grand Panjandrum" coming along, Bob?
