Paul Nuttall, Gregg Beaman and Michael McManus all seem like very good candidates. I'd be happy with any of them.
Would probably go for Paul Nuttall, he seems to have the real drive and determination to win.

I don't know yet, I haven't really seen many of them as a new member, but I will research and see what I can find out about them
The meeting near me was last night but I only found out yesterday morning when I got the North West newsletter so couldn't make it.

Greg Beaman was certainly the popular choice when I left the North West over a year ago now, and I hear he still is as he has a long and solid track record. I believe he is the only candidate using the internet in his campaign too, which is refreshing.

Forget the North West, Paul Nuttall is the guy I want most as an MEP outside of Nigel out of anyone. He is an incredibly switched on guy who I think would do some bloody good things as an MEP and would certainly bust his **** off.
He has the absolute right idea when it comes to UKIP becoming a force as well; he has played a considerable part in building UKIP in working class Merseyside and got 763 votes at the local election, narrowly coming second to Labour. These areas are where our future success lies. I would give honourable mentions to Greg Beaman and Michael McManus as well. |

I would have to so Paul Nuttall for number one spot. He is a very hard worker for the party, both in Brussels as a researcher, and in his home constituency of Bootle where he pushed Labour to the very edge this May. I went to help him out during the elections, and everything was very dynamic with many focused, local leaflets being delivered regularly. I know Labour in the area where certainly rattled by his hard work.
He brings alot of campaign experiance and believes in taking big pushes in local elections and fighting them on local issues, and EVERY YEAR TOO!!! He spent alot of time in Henley, travelling up and down from the North West for long periods, as well as crewe as well I believe. He also has alot of time for Young Independence, being a very effective guide to Michael and I. For all these attributes, its worth to mention he is also young at his early 30s i think. Finally, he is a very pleasant guy who always has time for people and is generally a good laugh and great to hang around with Shame im not a north west member I guess |
