No one deserves to die, from a purely objective and moral standpoint (Whjich is the governments position) ergo they cannot return to Capital Punishment. In addition to this, We would lose a lot of allies such as the EU and the USA. Not to mention the UN.

This being true Capital Punishment can NEVER be re-instated.

My own personal view is to send the ******** to the front, not kill them.

He pleaded not guilty when he was originally charged, and as far as I am aware he maintained that stance until his trial. He has remained in custody from being charged to date. The only contact he has had with the Tameside branch since his arrest was a letter professing his innocence. This we decided should not be replied to.
He was suspended as soon as anybody in UKIP were aware of the allegations, we cut off a potential source of embarrassment and have had no contact since.
What more do you want? Pictures of senior party members visiting Strangeways(prison)?. Press releases which would only serve to draw more negative attention to the party ?
At the end of the day we accepted a very well known and liked member from Stalybridge, who had a great military record, fantastic royal service. A cancer survivor, who spoke well in public and did loads of charity work. A CRB check would have been negative.
Before I am accused of complacency, Our kids met Paul Kidd, and in fact his flat overlooked their primary school. This is a tragedy for many people, but please do not blame UKIP.

He should have been suspended. He could always have been readmitted if he had been found not guilty.
