UKIP parliamentary party

Is there a rulebook / charter / something similar for how UKIP's parliamentary group organises itself?
e.g. how Farrage became leader; how Kilroy situation was dealt with etc?

There wouldn't be much about it, as Farrage isn't the leader.

And before any of you wise guys come in here with any leadership quips, don't bother! :evil:

It was my understanding that Farage was the leader of the parliamentary group? (not of the party though obviously)
Many papers have called him this...

Do you know how this occurred? Did the parliamentary group elect him, or the NEC or whom?

Probably got the job on a "time served" basis.

I think the other second term MEP is the parliamentary party whip as well.

Experience wise it makes sense.
