Is there a rulebook / charter / something similar for how UKIP's parliamentary group organises itself?
e.g. how Farrage became leader; how Kilroy situation was dealt with etc? Thanks p.s. there is nothing about this in the party constitution |

There wouldn't be much about it, as Farrage isn't the leader.

Probably got the job on a "time served" basis.
I think the other second term MEP is the parliamentary party whip as well. Experience wise it makes sense.
