UKIP MEPs

Pardon my ignorance, but...

It would appear to me that UKIP currently have 10 MEPs. I believe (I may be wrong) that 12 were elected in 2004. Now we all know about Kilroy - what happened to the other one???

Ashley Mote was suspended, for not making the party aware that he had a court case against him. If he is found innocent of the charges brought against him, I would imagine that the suspension would be lifted. If not then I guess he would no longer play a part of UKIP, which would be a real shame.
