How about

"Welcome to your new government"

with a picture of the EU commissioners underneath.

Then something along the lines of

"ONLY UKIP WILL BRING BACK YOUR RIGHT TO ELECT YOUR OWN LEADERS"

I remember an anarchist poster from a few years ago which said something along the lines of "It doesn't matter who you vote for, the Government always gets in".

How about using the picture of the Commission with the caption "It doesn't matter whether you vote Labour, Conservative or Libdem, this lot will get in. Vote them out, vote UKIP for the right to elect your OWN leaders".
