Yes - some time back I remember a gang of skinheads - ultras - attacked on one of the local travestis in a park, killing him. or her, by stamping on his windpipe.

The police rallied to protect the travesti population in a most un-PC way - and very effectively too.

The Nazi gang eventually received substantial sentences.
