But presumably you would agree there is no objection (except by people like yourself (hence my earlier Pol Pot comment which puzzled you)) to those who reach doctor of philosophy level. If you maintain your thesis above please explain this strange situtation. Thanks.

The reality in my view is that they are all individual people regardless of their qualifications. Professor Tim Congdon being an obvious exception to that due to his expertise in economic matters which are of importance on their own to the party.

Independent UKIP: If you listen to classical music, and having listened you decide that you don't like it, had is you decision, choice, etc. If without listening you denounce it as a 'load of rubbish', that is prejudice. The Black Report: 'A prejudice is a belief or opinion which has no basis in either evidence or experience'. (From memory that is
virtually verbatim) People who dislike 'posh people' or 'working-class people' are just socially retarded. There is, in virtually every organisation, a cultural bias; often people people are dismissed as, ' not living in the real world', if they have different experiences as themselves.Their world, is the real world, apparently.

The opinion of a judge assumes only a special importance, when what he says constitutes a judgement. Having said that, the ability to assess an argument is more likely to found in an educated, rather than an uneducated person. What you say about Congdon, is possibly true. Equally, Eric Edmond a senior employee in the Bank of England, (Spot rates) would also bring a valuable talent.

The integrity of individuals, however, must transcend their qualifications, social class, etc. Presumably we have found something on which we agree? But I doubt it Ind. UKIP.
