B.A Ware why is something not done about Cassie and Danny. They are disrupting and ruining the board for everyone, it has been said time and time again but they are allowed to continue such trolling behaviour.

We even had a thread on it where quite a few of the regular users agreed but nothing was done.

I hope that B.A Ware examines this thread as a case in point to discover that, yet again, a good humoured thread was transformed by BonnieDundee at Post#12 where, instead of commenting how 'terrific' is England, he started to needlessly quibble about Cornwall even being in England. Why he does not peddle his notions elsewhere beats me, unless he continues to do so with the deliberate intention of provoking disagreement and divisions!

Indeed, this is the pattern of his involvement in the EDP and FEP sections - to persistently argue that Cornwall is not part of England and that the Cornish are not English, and when that provokes firm disagreement to accuse me of being a troll.

Ordinarily, I do not seek to censor individuals and I think my record - in marked contrast to BonnieDundee's - bears that out, but I do think there is a case for giving that individual a severe warning or banning him from the forum.

It has been good to see some of the praise for England on here. I have travelled the world a bit but it was only when I returned to England with my foreign wife that I looked at it from a tourist's perspective.

There truly are some beautiful parts to it. I can't remember the name of them but there are some fantastic cliffs in Dorset that stand next to a small village. Does anyone know the place I am talking about?

You may be refering to Charmouth or even Lyme Regis, both have spectacular cliffs (full of dinosaurs) and the people are very friendly, Yes, England is a terrific place.

Much of my family comes from Dorset, proper England!

Google a pic of Durdle Door - superb. (Used in the VisitEngland ads on TV)

Had the day off work yesterday, so I traavelled down to the Goring Gap, it looked absolutely perfect on a fine autumnal day, with the Thames cutting through the Berkshire Downs and the Chilterns. A couple of lovely non-ruined pubs too - The John Barleycorn and the Catherine Wheel. The latter had a gents like a Priesthole - literally a a hidden doorway, very perculiar and very english!
