I think it's normal for political parties and political groups in general to form policies before they produce a constitution or full manifesto. In fact, if you think about it logically, that's the order it should follow in. I know from experience that producing a constitution is not something that should be rushed, it can take time.

The FEP are obviously a very new party and already they have a good website and some radical but reasoned ideas. I look forward to seeing any other documents the party produces.
