Petition to ask the PM to state whether he recognises that England is a nation

It's not the petition per se, rather the answer, if there is one, from Brown. The answer will be a written and recorded British Government response.

So lets get this clear. You specifically counted (1) all the cars in the car park and (2) which cars had which stickers on them? I don't believe you. You're a stirrer.
