Alas no. That is not what you said or meant. You stated the usual lie that they seized power, meaning that was how they came into government. Its not very original, even for you. I know this garbage suits the Left because their collegues in St Petersburg did that and began murding people instantly. But that was not the case in Berlin. They were elected in the normal way.

He was Dutch as well and he was tortured to admit his guilt but there was little corroborative evidence tha he was indeed the guilty party

His nationality is irrelevant. Communism is world revolution. Look at the Reds who flocked to the Spanish Civil War. Cite the authoritative evidence that he was tortured. Why didn't he say so when he appeared in court? What was he doing running out of the blazing building, his clothes smelling of petrol? He was arrested by the normal police, not by the Nazis.
