This is a ******* disgrace.
Not only on the animal cruelty front, but also as a gross waste of tax payers cash. These dogs take a lot of time to train and the idiot who left them in the car to die has ****** that up the wall.
He should be sacked and receive a large fine at least for unnecessary suffering to the animal.

They should be banned from owning animals for life and sacked with no pension, that's one of the worst ways for a dog to die.
We would be prosecuted for this. Then again we'd be prosected for walking up to a person in the street and knocking them to the ground.
