So, um, what is it at a time of falling food costs? Oh wait, it's still a protectionist tax then too. If this guy's agenda is to a) make people pay more at the till, or b) totally destroy Europe's food security, then he should carry on complaining. Otherwise, he might see that CAP actually has a use, but only once once it has been scrapped.
