If you read the RealClimate article I linked to you may understand, (although I doubt it) that Monckton's methodology has been shown to be seriously flawed by the Climate scientists who actually do real research into this subject.
You may even wish to read these, and their links within to see how comprehensively Monckton’s calculations are a load of the bovine smelly stuff.
