Having lived in various parts of both the North and South I can heartily confirm from personal experience that more people should not be moving South, if nothing else, peak hour trains cannot cope as it is, and it doesn't need a 'think tank' to work that out.
I wish they'd s*d off completely out of existence - propaganda agency.
