I can't follow this at all. Beaman is currently the RO, right? So what have Nuttall's and McManus's places on the candidate list to do with who would fill the RO vacancy if Beaman is elected? The RO doesn't have to be a former candidate, surely? And what have Nuttall and McManus being employees got to do with it anyway? I thought the position of RO was now a voluntary spare time occupation. Why shouldn't either of them be RO? Please clarify.
