Non-sectarian nationalism
Is non-sectarian nationalism anathema in Britain?
Traditional and right-wing Conservatives say that Britain must be a (Protestant) Christian nation at all costs with an established Church even if hardly anybody participates in that religion. Modern day nationalism is becoming increasingly anti-Islamic and pro-Christian.
Could a non-sectarian nationalist organisation ever become a serious force or would it be regarded as a joke?
