I think Mr West must have a sense of morbid and perverse humour. This investigation and if proceeded to prosecution will destroy UKIP. I make no comment on the events as we are only receiving one side of the story. By the way Legin how come you are posting this, Mr West one assumes is more than able to.

Legin may or may not be John West. Legin may be connected with Tom Wise. He may or may not be a sockpuppet.
He and John West and GLW are all collaborating closely that is for sure.
I can't take John West's protestations that he wants to continue as chairman of the Ipswich and East Suffolk and PPC of Ipswich North/Central Suffolk without a large dose of salt. Why would he want to remain a member of a party which has so grossly violated his privacy, mocked him and possibly broken the law? I think he is trying to maintain a perception that he is an entirely innocent party in all this. I also suspect that he is hoping that the party will cave in and offer him a position near the top of the Eastern MEP list. If that were to happen I suspect that John West would suddenly decide that the Youtube incident was really no big deal and would call off his solicitors.
