UKIP's finances aren't quite so healthy at the moment, I believe, but they are still leagues ahead of the big three, having no substantial debt.
However, spending on the EU elections may have to be curbed due to the Electoral Commission high court appeal and any fines/expenses from the John West video incident. Both could suck up valuable funds, and will also deter members from donating; no one wants to give money straight to the lawyers.
