Well totalitarianism and utopia should not be used together and I don't know what cultural Marxism you have been reading up on bu tif you mean the usual lot like the Frankfurt school, Situationists, council communists etc they are very libertarian and could never be called totalitarian. In fact I doubt most are into gov't schools, most aren't even into having a proper state.
